How to Slim Thighs

Fat thighs are a common complaint for women, but some men also want to know how to slim their thighs.     Spread on self tanner, giving your thighs an extra layer. Tanned skin automatically appears slimmer than pale skin, and self tanner helps give the illusion that your legs are slimmer than they really are.

    Call a plastic surgeon and talk to them about liposuction. This option is good for people who have already lost a lot of weight but need help getting rid of cellulite or extra flab. This is also good for people who are naturally thin but struggle with saddlebags or flabby inner thighs.
