When you join the program you first receive a 30-minute consultation by phone with a company representative.     Once you join, you are expected to pay a cost that can total up to as much as $10 a week, depending upon how many weeks you will need to be on the program to meet your weight loss goal. This cost is processed by credit card over the phone. This cost covers the access to the counselors and consultants , support system and the planning of your menus A personal counselor is assigned to you. The personal counselor helps you figure out what you need to do, according to how much weight you want to lose. The menu is made so that you can shop for your foods at the grocery store and know what you should not order if you go out to eat. The program designs meal plans that are centered around caloric intake, all of which are specifically tailored for the age and gender of the client. The program is not meant to restrict what you eat, but rather to teach you how to make good choices in your diet.

    Slim 4 Life provides a vast support system. Once clients sign up to begin Slim 4 Life they are given the opportunity to have their medical and health history reviewed. For example, a series of questions and information about exercises history, age, eating habits, etc. are used to determine an individual Body Mass Index. There are also registered nurses and nutritionist to help monitor progress and offer counseling, support and charting progression. There are no pre-packaged meal plans to worry about. You are given a list of foods you should eat and those you should avoid. The goal is to become knowledgeable of how to eat and manage your diet.
