Physics Diet

The Physics Diet is based upon one of the laws of thermodynamics that incorporates the conservation of energy. The idea is that while many people on a diet concern themselves with things such as weight fluctuations and metabolism, one of the most important biological issues is left unattended---that of conserving physical energy through the science of thermodynamics.

Fueling the body with less food can be less of a challenge if all healthy meals are automatically reduced.
