How to Get Six Pack Abs in Just 3 Minutes a Day

I've ran over 40 miles a week back in HS but never had the ripping six pack that I wanted. Only a toned semi-six pack abs that might look great on a woman.

Your abs are like any other muscle group, go too light and they become accustomed to the weight (hence no stimulation to grow bigger)

You can do 400 crunches or you can try my plan below.

Takes 3 minutes per day. Guarranteed after 2 weeks, you will feel(may not see them) the six pack and in 1 month you can look in the mirror and be impressed at how so little work can have such a big impact.

Instructions

    1

    Get into the crunch position with your back flat on the floor and knees bent.

    2

    Hold a 10lb weight or textbook and do 15 slow reps. Doing a 1 sec count going up and holding for 2 seconds at the top and 1 count going down. (should be mildly painful if done properly)

    3

    1 set should take less than a minute. Rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 sets.

    Should take less than 4 minutes. Doesn't seem like much right? Ask yourself or a friend, whens the last time you did a crunch?

    Compared to that 4 minutes a day is alot. Now keep it up for a month and see the difference!
