Blueberry smoothies are not only nutritious, they also taste delicious and make a great snack or substitute for a meal. This article will show you how to make blueberry smoothies quickly and easily with only four ingredients.

    Put sugar or non-calorie sweetener in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds, or until a fine consistency is reached.

    Add 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup of plain or vanilla flavored yogurt and 1 cup of milk to the blender.

    Replace the lid on the blender and turn the power on high. Blend until blueberries are incorporated well and the drink is smooth and creamy, about a minute.

    Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
