How to Get a Slimmer Face

The size of your face contributes to how people see your overall figure. If you tend to carry weight in your face, it can make your entire person look significantly heavier.     Use makeup to contour your face. Apply light blush or bronzer on your cheekbones and a darker shade underneath the cheekbones. This will create a slimming effect, causing your cheekbones to stand out, thereby making your cheeks look slimmer.

    Talk to a plastic surgeon about liposuction. This is the only way to remove fat specifically from your face. Liposuction is generally performed on the cheeks, chin and neck. Excess fat is sucked out by a professional surgeon. As with any surgery, liposuction is a serious operation that should not be undergone lightly.

    Chew gum. The repetitive motion of gum chewing exercises your facial muscles. It can help to provide increased muscle tone in the face, particularly the cheeks.
